If you are experiencing depression or anxiety, hear me when I tell you that you are not alone. To one degree or another, many people have experienced one or both of these in their lifetime, but there is hope and therapy may be a helpful option.  Whether you are struggling with managing excessive worry, feelings of hopelessness, a lack of direction or purpose, feelings of loneliness and relational issues, I can help you overcome it and find healing and wholeness on the other side.  

Counseling can provide you with the tools to cope and opportunities to explore some of the internalize meanings or protective patterns that you are struggling with, whatever they are. Together, we will design the most effective treatment plan based on your unique needs, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy with mindfulness training in order to support you with learning how to cope with, and bring healing, growth, and health to yourself.  We can explore your experiences together and find ways for you to physically and emotionally regain the energy to heal so that your life becomes more fulfilling, connected, and meaningful.
